Eat Up!

Have you ever eaten a chive flower? I never had until this week! For the picture, I left it whole so it would look pretty, but I broke it up before I ate it. Yum!

Other Myerov Farm elements in this salad included the cucumbers (Wonderful! Full cuke post later this week), mint, and some chopped chives.

Spinach and lettuce were local as well.
