Pizza, Please!

Just a simple dinner for our last day of vacation.

Tomatoes from our CSA share, and basil from another local farm.

Personal-size pizza shells from Petruzzi Pizza in Hazleton, via Glenwood Foods in Ephrata. They are worth the trip!

What a beautiful pizza! Now I am seriously craving one!
I'll post a recipe for a quick pizza crust, if I can find it. I think it only takes 30 minutes... very easy.
