I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving too. We went to our son's - less work but limited leftovers. I ended up cooking a small turkey for the three of us at home.
Our CSA goes on until December 21- then we have to wait until the end of April. I never get too much swiss chard or the versions of bok choy, but the kale and collards are getting a bit tiring. You can only fix them so many ways. I guess the problem is I am conditioned to think you have to fix a lot of collards. I do stir just a few and that's good. Also, all varieties of kale are not equal. One of them seems more tough-tougher- it doesn't get as tender as quickly as I would like. We like the cherry tomatoes. Now we are having a run on broccoli, I'm glad we all like broccoli.
We loved the stuffed squash. My only problem was that I fixed it with acorn squash (could not find Delicata) and it can be very hard to slice acorn squash.
